Product Description
Our High Pressure Oil Cooler with Fan Motor is a combination of oil tank, fan, air guide cover, fan cover protection net, temperature switch, filter. The filter is connected to the oil tank through the Flange. Because the performance of concrete mixer cooler is outstanding, it is an indispensable basic part of concrete mixer.
The installation of the cooler in the concrete mixer is generally recommended to be put in a ventilated place to ensure that the flow of cooling air is not obstruct, and avoid the hot air reflow to the cooler.
The cooler is connected to the frame by two lower branches. In the installation process, the shock resistant blocks should be used in order to reduce the vibration during the driving process, thus prolonging the life of the cooler.
There`s an oil inlet and the pressure balance port on the top of the oil tank and an oil level gauge is equipped on the side. When used for the first time, oil should be added to the middle position of the oil mark, and the air in the system should be cleared up as much as possible during the refueling process. Every time after refueling, refueling plug should be tighten.
The motor used in the cooler is a DC motor with a service life of 5000 hours. Because the DC motor is not suitable for long term continuous operation, it must be used with the temperature switch and the contactor in the process of use.
The function of the temperature switch is to ensure that the fan operates intermittently through the action of "on / off" of the temperature switch. The temperature switch has been supplied at the time of delivery. The working process of the temperature switch is as follows: the oil temperature is quickly taken away by the cooling air, and the oil temperature drops rapidly; in the process of oil temperature drop, when the oil temperature drops to the lower limit of the switch temperature value, the temperature switch disconnects and the fan stops running.
The filter is connected with the cooler through the flange, the filter is an oil absorption filter, after the installation, the whole filter is immersed in the oil, only the end cover is exposed outside the oil tank, the Filter Core can be replaced through the end cover. When the filter core is replaced, the filter will automatically cut off the oil path. Therefore, when the filter core is changed, there is no need to empty the oil in the system. The filter is equipped with a vacuum gauge to show the contamination level of hydraulic oil.
