Veneer drying line is an important machine in plywood processing. When you peeling the log, you will get fresh veneer. For long stock, you need remove extra water and moisture content, so you need core veneer dryer or face veneer drying line. The Mahcine length and width is customized according to your veneer size and output drying capacity.

For drying line, there are roller type drying line (suit for core veneer), Mesh belt type drying line (suit for face veneer and core veneer,but cost is high), Wire rope drying line (face veneer, low cost),so choose up to your veneer and output .

Shine veneer dryer is equipped with automatic feeder machine for the 3 deck or 4 deck core veneer dryers. The automatic feeding machine not only improve the working efficiency but also saves labor cost greatly. The continuous veneer roller dryer runs on our biomass burner which can burn waste wood, veneer, tree bark directly to reduce the fuel cost to the most. The composite drying cost of our veneer roller dryer machine is USD 6-12 per cubic meter.
