Main technical data 1. Bead seat diameter: 17.5″~ 38″ 2. Bead seat width: 3″~ 16″( Max. mould-fixed width 550mm) 3. Rim thickness: 3-7 ( when the width is over 12″,the thickness no more than 6mm) 4. Productivity: 1~2 piece/min (when thickness more than 6mm, or diameter is more than 25”, the productivity will drop accordingly.) 5. Power: 140K w 6. Drive:Hydraulic driven 7. Equipped with double spindle synchronous device 8. With Cooling system , Lubrication system 
For normal line, three sets of wheel roll forming machines are suggested for a completed line.
