The Evaporator tube Bending Machine machine is used for copper, aluminum, Bundy tube, refrigerator freezer wire-tube evaporator, condenser, fin evaporator production and processing. After years of research and development and practice, strengthened strength of winding tube, while improving the convenience of the winding tube mold replacement. More critical, from the traditional one-processing 4-5 root canal to one-processing 8-10 root canal, increasing production efficiency, saving labor costs. (The multi-station freezer evaporator full-hard copper tube rotary CNC bending machine has applied for national invention patent.)
Main Features
◆Three-part clamping die to minimize tube distortion, get smooth cutting end surface.
◆High accuracy concentricity ensures to get good welding quality in following process.
◆Chipless cutting with 360° rotary cutting and stretching with two points clamping.
◆ Straightening wheel Nylon and [U" shape rubber belt to avoid scratch on tube surface
