The entire line uses a PLC control system for synchronization and automation.
It is reinforced with high-strength steel mesh, with excellent pipe performance and high working pressure (≥3.0MPa).
The inner and outer walls of the pipe are smooth and flat, without delamination, and the performance is reliable and stable.
Material cost savings of up to 30%-40% compared to HDPE solid wall tubes of the same pressure rating.
It is more advantageous than HDPE solid wall tube in resisting rapid stress cracking, creep resistance and continuous mechanical strength.
High-strength steel wire and a variety of fiber filaments can be used as composite materials; plastic pipes can also be directly produced without adding composite materials.
The pipe connection method is the same as that of the HDPE solid wall pipe, and can be: electric hot melt connection, Flange connection, joint connection and the like.
