High quality pu foam gasket strip sealing machine The high quality pu foam gasket strip sealing machine can pour sealing strip with different shape on a plate or groove to meet the requirement, its thin self-skinned surface id smooth and elastic, its Shaw hardness id A10~20. In order to pour sealing strip reliably, the machine had equipped with a precise mini pouring system with features of fine adjustment and reliable pouring.

1.How about the foam gasket seal width can be done? Re: the pu foam gasket seal width can be 2-7mm for micro output in high precision work, also can be 5-30mm for large size product. 2.Can we use the machine for seal injection into channel/ groove? Re: yes, our machine is control by CNC control system for different kind of shape, both flat surface and groove, channel will be ok 3.Can be use the machine for epoxy resin seal production? Re: Yes, Our machine can be used for two component or multi-component automatic mixing and dosing process. The material can be polyurethane, silicone, epoxy resin and polymerization materials. 4.What’s the worktable size you have? Or can you do the worktable as we need? Re: Yes, the foam seal machine can work in three dimension (X, Y and Z axis), and the stroke for each axis can be customized according to your product. 5.How can we clean the injection head after work? Re: The mixing chamber of injection head can be cleaned by high pressure water, which is integrated inside the injection head. The maintenance will be easy and energy save. 6.How do you control the machine quality? Any configuration? Re: We use the high configuration from famous brand to ensure the stable performance. The main configuration as follow: a) CNC Control system technology from Germany. b) Servo driven system from Panasonic, Japan c) Measuring pump from BARMAG, Germany. d) Linear guide rail from HIWIN, Taiwan. e) Material tank is produced from Stainless steel 316 with double wall. 7.How about the quality of the foam gasket seal by your machine? Re: The finished gasket seal can stick on the workpiece tightly, and the connection joint with perfect result. The protection grade up to IP66 with dust-proof and water-proof performance. Packaging: Stable wooden package protects machine from strike and damage. Wound plastic film keeps machine out of damp and corrosion. Fumigation-free package helps the smooth customs clearance.
