6 Stations Full Auto SIM Card Punching Machine can produce standard single chip, dual chips, 2FF, 3FF, 4FF SIM cards, by changing molds, it also can produce irregular card and four chips seamless cards. Stable punching molds and servo system with high precision make sure the punching quality and improve the working efficiency.

This model has six groups of punching molds, servo motor drives punching molds moves up and down to finish cards punching action.

All punching molds could detect whether there is card or not. Punching molds will stop working if there is no card. Please do not put your hands into the punching area in case of injury.

Cards Feeding Group

Cards feeding group is mainly made of feeding device, vacuum suction and cylinder, etc. While it works, put cards into feeding box in order, after turning on power, vacuum suction will take one card to card slot of conveyor belt.

Cards Overlap Detection

Cards overlap detection is mainly made of overlap detecting sensor and hardware. If depth of any card which will be punched exceeds one card depth, the overlap detecting sensor can detect the abnormal depth, then machine will stop working and make alert until take the abnormal cards by manual and restart the machine.
